Style up your foyer

Sometime back a friend of mine happened to call me and requested me to help her decorate her foyer as she found the task challenging and tough! I completely agreed with her on that front since I myself had a hard time decorating my foyer which was in the shape of a triangle!!

However, would you believe after a little struggle me and my friend ended up decorating the foyer in a way that it stood out to look extremely lively and welcoming as one entered her home! Since I researched so much and thought over so much that I decided to share some of the styling options for the foyer with everyone!!! Read on for some of my magic tricks to decorate foyers in interesting ways-

Give your foyer a contemporary touch by using mirrors as accessories. I suggest you experiment with mirrors of different shapes and sizes creating an exotic wall-art arrangement. Add a sculpture and a piece of modern art to reinforce the contemporary feel in the area!

Add the touch of romance in your foyer by using flowers to accentuate the feel of the area. Use a nice vase to hold the flowers, place scented candles and some of the charming family photographs to decorate the place and heighten the romantic touch!

Draw upon the eclectic feel in your foyer! Use bold wall colours on the walls of your foyer and use paintings, lampshades etc. to decorate the place. To get that eclectic feel in the foyer, you can decorate the place with shells, rocks, pine cones, rare coins, crystal dishes etc. and see your guests getting awestruck!
